Plan Management

Our Plan Management team are qualified accountant who know NDIS system in very detail. We support our customer with invoices processing and claiming from NDIS in a timely manner. We aim to process invoices in 1 or 2 days since receiving.

Support Coordination

Our Support Coordination team will assist you to build the skills you need to understand and use your plan. We will work along the side with you and your family to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in your community.

Community Participation

Assist and support participant to access community and engage in various recreational activities.

Employment Support Services

We offer customised support to help you find the right job. Our experienced employment consultants have strong local connections with employers and can guide you to the best opportunities based on your skills

Self-care and Household Tasks

Assist participant to develop skills in performing activities of daily living. This may include showering, dressing and with everyday home tasks such as household cleaning and cooking, yard maintenance

Development Life Skills

Assist participant to develop daily life skills based on therapist recommendations.

Group Centre Activities

Provide group based centre activities base on participants's needs and interests.

SIL (Supported Independent Living)

Provide help with daily tasks, like personal care or cooking meals. We can help participants live as independently as possible, while building your skills.
